Our Tiered Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to give you a fair opportunity to evaluate the course while protecting the value of our content.
Full Refund — Before Completing Module 1
If you are not satisfied after starting the course, you may request a full refund at any time before completing Module 1. No questions asked.
50% Refund — After Module 1, Within 30 Days
If you continue past Module 1 but decide the course isn't for you, you may request a 50% refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
No Refund — After 30 Days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund. You will retain lifetime access to all course content.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us using the messaging system within the platform or send an email to the address listed on our website. Include your account email and the course you purchased.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on your statement as a credit from Stripe.
After a Refund
Once a full refund is issued, your access to the course content will be revoked. For 50% refunds, you will retain access to the course content for the remainder of your lifetime access period.
